Job Description

As a Cleanify Technician, you will deliver exceptional domestic cleaning services to our clients.

This role is for those seeking employment and is not open to self-employed candidates or subcontractors.

Weekly Hours: You can set your own availability and hours. We work from 8 am - 4pm Monday - Friday with occasional weekends and Public Holidays.

Hours Available

2 - 20 hours per week

Hourly Rates

$31.21 per hour (Monday to Friday) + 11% Superannuation

$43.70 per hour (Saturday) + 11% Superannuation

$68.67 per hour (Public Holiday) + 11% Superannuation

$56.18 per hour (Sunday) + 11% Superannuation

All paid weekly

Requirements

1. Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance (driving is essential)

2. Full, valid South Australian driver's licence

3. iPhone 8 or later model

Clearances

1. Police Clearance (issued within the last 3 months)

2. Current DSCI Clearance - Disability, Aged Care, Vulnerable Persons or Working With Children

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to work independently

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Proficient in English (reading, comprehension, and writing)

• Confident driving skills with map-reading and GPS capabilities

• Skilled in iPhone usage

• Consistently punctual and able to adhere to schedules

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Integrity and trustworthiness, as the role involves working in client's homes

• Attention to detail to follow cleaning instructions meticulously

Responsibilities

• Perform domestic cleaning duties

• Clean clients' homes using approved products and methods

• Maintain cleanliness per client preferences and Cleanify standards

• Communicate effectively with clients about any changes or special requests

• Use the iPhone app for scheduling and communication

• Preserve confidentiality at all times

• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in client interactions

• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard

• Report any issues or concerns to management promptly

• Adhere to company policies and procedures
