Pricing Policy

Our cleaning services are available at a competitive flat rate, which is carefully calculated based on the time needed to thoroughly clean your home, including any travel expenses for areas outside our usual service zones. Our pricing aligns with the NDIS Pricing Limits for the current financial year and the Department of Veteran Affairs' hourly rates for domestic services. The final cost of our services will differ depending on whether you are a privately funded client or if your services are covered by an agency, such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS/ NDIA), the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA), the Lifetime Support Authority (LSA), or another aged or community care agency. The terms of payment and the applicability of GST vary across these agencies, and our prices are adjusted accordingly to reflect these differences.

Appropriate Time Policy

We are dedicated to providing our cleaners with sufficient time to meticulously clean each room and complete the checklist without rushing. By calculating the average time required for our cleaners to thoroughly meet cleaning and disinfecting standards, we ensure the quality of our service. Consequently, we will decline jobs that do not allot adequate time for these tasks, as rushing increases the risk of accidents and compromises our standards of safety and cleanliness. Your pricing quote will depend on a number of factors such as  the size of your home, type of cleaning required, and any specific requests you may have.

Set Cleaning Agreements

When we agree upon which tasks will be completed in your home, the same tasks will be completed each time. We will continue to provide the same level of service and quality every visit, as per our cleaning agreement. This ensures consistency in our service and avoids any confusion or misunderstandings between you and our team. Additionally, we will discuss any changes or adjustments to the cleaning agreement with you beforehand to ensure your satisfaction. If you wish to add or remove certain tasks from your cleaning agreement we can  accommodate these changes, but please note that this may affect the pricing for your service.

Travel Expenses

If your home is located outside our usual service zones, a fee may be applied to cover the travel costs of our cleaners. This fee will be discussed and agreed upon prior to scheduling any cleaning appointments, ensuring transparency in our pricing.

Transitioning from Deep Cleaning to Regular Maintenance

Homes that haven't received professional cleaning for some time often require a deeper initial clean of frequently used areas before a regular cleaning schedule can be set up. Initially, focusing on the basics and ensuring they are done allows for a more extensive cleaning to occur later. This approach is not only more cost-effective but also more convenient for most clients, who will notice weekly improvements. We can discuss this arrangement with you. Most clients opt to maintain their original cleaning schedule (without any change in cost), appreciating the additional services, or decide to shift to a shorter cleaning duration (at a lower cost), or even decrease the service frequency (from weekly to bi-weekly).

Cancellations

We recognise there may be instances when you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment. Our policy permits up to 5 cancellations within a year. Should cancellations exceed this limit (more than 5 times within a year), it may necessitate a review and possible adjustment of your service agreement. We request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any modifications to your scheduled appointment. This advance notice enables us to efficiently manage our cleaning schedules and accommodate any changes.With our current staffing levels, providing timely updates is crucial for maintaining accurate rosters. This ensures that our staff can either take on additional shifts or make alternative plans if no work is available.


Hourly Rates

All cleaning services are charged according to an hourly rate for each cleaner. Our pricing is updated yearly  on 1st of July of every year.

Our minimum booking time is 2 hours. 

For example, should your cleaning service be projected to last 3 hours, it can be arranged as follows: 3 hours with a single cleaner, 1.5 hours with two cleaners, or 1 hour with three cleaners, subject to our cleaning staff's availability. The pricing for the cleaning service remains consistent, and the scope of tasks completed is unaffected.
