Our team of Cleanify Technicians are locally based, professionally trained, Police Cleared and have DSCI clearances, providing excellent communication skills. We offer regular residential cleaning tailored to your needs, whether it's biweekly, weekly, fortnightly or every 4 weeks.

We can remove items from cupboard or fridge, clean the space and then replace.

PET CLEANUPS

We appreciate you taking care of any pet messes before our appointment and ensuring that your pet is safe and sound. We don't want to clean up after the furry family members, but we're always happy to help keep the rest of the house tidy! Thanks for understanding - it's much appreciated.

MOULD REMEDIATION

If you have had a recurring mould issue that doesn't seem to improve with cleaning, then it may be time to call in a professional mould remediation specialist. These professionals are trained and equipped to properly identify, assess and remove the mould from your property. They will also provide advice on how best to prevent future mould growth. Taking this step will ensure that you have a safe and healthy home.

HAZARDOUS PROPERTIES

Properties with specific needs, such as hoarding, neglect, smoke remediation or any services that require expertise beyond what general cleaning offers, are best serviced by specialists. Our staff members are trained in general residential cleaning; however, we suggest seeking a licensed professional specialising in these services for the most effective and efficient results on such tasks.

BEFORE THE CLEAN

Some important things to note before you book a clean with us.

Please take a look at these common questions and things to know before your cleaner arrives.

WILL THE CLEANER CLEAN MY WHOLE HOME IN THE TIME BOOKED?

Once you have finished the estimate and quote process, a booking time limit will be established for your job. This is necessary for us to properly manage our schedule and ensure accurate billing. Our Cleanify Technician will then complete the tasks outlined in your Service Agreement within this designated timeframe.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Once you have booked your clean, you will receive an email or call from us. We will have a chat to discuss your requirements. A cleaner will arrive at the time allocated.

HOW DO I PREPARE MY WET AREAS FOR CLEANING?

Prior to the commencement of cleaning, we request that all personal items (toiletries, clothing, towels, decorations) be removed from the wet area for safety and efficiency purposes. Taking these measures prior to our arrival will help save time and money.

DO I NEED TO CLEAN BEFORE THE CLEANER?

Before letting your Cleanify Technician in, it's a good idea to make sure that your house is tidied up and all surfaces are as clear as possible. Accidentally knocking something over is very stressful for us! If we see a shelf full of items, photo frames and decor items we will either wipe around or avoid it altogether if it appears sentimental, expensive or fragile.

WHAT ABOUT MY PETS?

We kindly request that all pets are securely contained prior to our arrival. For health and safety reasons, Cleanify Technicians do not provide pet clean-up services, including (but not limited to) excrement, urine, litter trays, hair, food bowls or beds.

CAN I HELP CLEAN?

For the safety of everyone in the workplace, it is essential that any areas to be cleaned are cleared of people before we can do our cleaning magic! The biggest help is - to make sure all surfaces are free and clear for us to work our mopping and dusting wonders.

DOES ANYONE NEED TO BE THERE?

We strongly recommend utilizing a contactless service whenever possible; however, if you need to be present during the cleaning process, please ensure that you and the Cleanify Technician are in separate locations for safety and health reasons. Additionally, we ask that children and pets remain away from our equipment due to the presence of cleaning chemicals. If your hard floors require mopping, please allow 30 minutes for the floors to dry before walking on them to avoid slip hazards.

HOW DO YOU CHARGE?

We invoice all clients. You will receive an invoice from us within 2 days of completion of your service.

SKIP A BOOKING

If you need to cancel your cleaning appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible. You will be sent an email (48 hours before your appointment) and SMS notification (24 hours before your appointment) prior to the booking. If you choose to cancel after receiving the SMS (less than 24 hours of the scheduled booking), a cancellation fee will apply.

If you choose to skip your booking we may not be able to reschedule you until your next spot.

CLEANING STANDARDS

Before commencing any job we like to chat with the owners of the space. We work to a checklist and achieve as much as we can in the time booked.

PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT

We supply products and equipment. 

DIRT, GRIME, BUILD UP & MOULD

Some stains can attach themselves to surfaces over time.  Regular cleaning helps to clear this away. Your space will become better over time. If we cannot clean a particular spot than we may suggest the services of another professional.

DO YOUR WORK WITH THE NDIS OR OTHER AGENCIES?

We serve clients from all walks of life. If your booking is from an external agency please let us know.

CANCELLING SERVICES

If you decide to cancel your services, you can do so at any time. You are not tied into a long-term agreement; each booking is treated separately and we offer a regular cleaning service pattern.
